Renault has has launched My Renault App to further enhance the customer satisfaction leve and to reach greater heights of customer service. The will be available to public on both iOS and Android with 60 different feature to choose from. Some of the features are interactive user manual for vehicles, interactive user manual for vehicles, personalized reminders and notifications, history of the vehicle, road side assistance, customer care, SMS and email, payment gateway etc.

The App will supplement existing product specific Apps and will be offered at no cost to all existing Renault customers.” said Sumit Sawhney, Country CEO & Managing Director, Renault India Operations.
The application in addition to all the features also connects the customer with Renault’s dealership management system (DMS). As the company claims, the app gets the first e-commerce facility.
