The car looks absolutely bold and muscular in the new looks. The exterior boasts LED headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights, plethora of chrome work on the grille, bar and headlamp cluster.

The new front bumper has got different looks with larger intake for air, LED lights placed along with the skid plate, indicator integrated ORVMs, sport alloy wheels, sleek chrome highlights the glass area with blacked pillars.
Unlike the previous 1.5 litre engine, the new car have a 2.0 litre based on atkins cycle inline four-cylinder engine pared with new gene two motor hybrid system that will come with the launch of 2018 Honda Accord.Power source for the all-new Honda CR-V hybrid is a 2.0-litre engine instead of the 1.5-litre. No further exact specification are known till yet on the engine.
The compact crossover will face competition with 2017 Hyundai Tucson, 2017 Kia Sportage, 2016.5 Mazda CX-5, 2017 Subaru Forester, 2016 Nissan Rogue and 2017 Toyota RAV4.
